What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step would be setting up a free call or meeting to talk about your needs and see how we can help! I really value personal connection with my clients, you aren't just a paycheck to me!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a BA in film production from Indiana University and 11 years of experience in video production, editing, photography, web design, and graphic design. My team and I have worked for businesses around the country, churches, non-profit organizations, and individuals. For 7 years I handled nearly all the photography and videography for a college church of 250 members. I’ve filmed dozens of weddings across the country.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in 2013 while attending Indiana University, founding Orange Float and adding members to my team in the years since!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Local businesses, corporations, individuals, families, churches, and non-profits. Basically everyone!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We are priced competitively for what we can deliver - high quality content that's professional, meaningful, and thoughtful.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are you actually ready to pull the trigger and hire someone? Professionals on Thumbtack have to pay for every person that messages us, whether they hire us or not.
